The Perfect Jeans for Every Shape

Just because we've traded our favorite cocktail gear (our standing-room-only tush enhancers) for sleek cigarette pants doesn't mean that we have to abandon our ring-spun denim for good. Quite the contrary actually, now we get to sport designer denim by day. And daily errands never looked so good!

Lucky for us denimphiles there's a staggering number of denim lines from which to choose. In fact, one could grow quite dizzy from all of the options. And, always up for a spree, She She Me and I set out to become one with denim. And straight from the dressing room (actually just room; we crammed in, yeilding lots of laughs) we bring you the real jeans guide.

Here goes:

• If you're feeling brave (I mean BRAVE), try Habitual's slim fit jean. They are hot. Not for the self-conscious, mind you, but once you get them on they do look pretty cool. For styling, we recommend a fitted jacket and some patterned flats.
• For the 'not-so-brave'—J.Crew's Denim boot cut jeans are fitted enough to be stylish and loose enough not to chafe. They give you that 'frolicking in the fresh beach air" look. I could barely pry She She Me away from them. In fact, not only did she buy a pair and a spare (you can never have enough perfect jeans is her motto) but this sassy halter as a fabu summer topper.
• For the oh-so-curvy fashionista—Paige Premium Denim Hollywood Hills bootcut jean is the perfect fit to accent your natural curves without spotlighting the ones we all want to hide. They sit low on the hips, which helps to redirect some of the attention, and the bootcuit actually elongates the leg. The broken-in wash is super comfortable. For the vertically challenged, try Joe's Jeans Provocateur instead. Another great curvy-girl jean is Joe's Jeans Honey.
• For the hip Mom—Citizens of Humanity's Ingrid jean has a perfect boot cut with a slightly higher rise (I can just hear the sighs of relief). Throw on some heels (not too high—you aren't a stripper!) and bold accessories and grocery shopping has never been more glamorous.
• For the classic—The Levi's Boot cut 515 is a new take on an old classic and is as chic as ever. Just trying them on makes you feel great and they're flattering on pretty much every body type—I promise. These guys have been making jeans for 150 years—need we say more?
• For the fashionably conscious budget shopper (and who isn't?)—The Gap stretch boot-cut jeans are the way to go. (This is another one of She She Me's stand-bys.) They are a generous fit and we all know how forgiving stretch can be! The black are especially hip and will look great with a girly ruffled top .
