30 DAY EXCHANGE POLICY.
We appreciate your business and will honor all qualified exchange returns. Our policy is for online store credit only on returns or exchanges. If you are dissatisfied with a product you ordered and wish to return an item for any reason that follows our return items guidelines, you can do so by returning the original product to us by following the exchange guidelines below. Exchanges are only allowed 30 days from the date of purchase.
All exchanges require an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number which must be requested within 15 days of the delivery date in order to allow enough time to receive the return authorization and delivery of the exchange item within the 30 day period. Thereafter, all sales are final. All exchanges must be received in their original packaging and in sellable condition to receive credit. If you believe you qualify for the return exchange of a product, you must request an RMA number and agree to the inspection and restocking fee if applicable. After we receive your request we will confirm purchase date and issue an RMA number if qualified, and provide an address to ship the product to. When the product is received, an inspection will be done to evaluate if the original packaging and product are in sellable condition making it qualified for an exchange. If the product and packaging meet the acceptance standards for an exchange then a credit will be given for the returned item and a gift voucher provided to buy another item in our online store. Shipping Cost, Freight Cost, and Handling Cost are not refundable. You will be responsible for the freight to return the material to our location. Returns are not allowed on Sale or Clearance Merchandise.
How the Return-Exchange Process Works
The instructions below are designed to expedite the return or your merchandise. Each of the steps below must be followed in order for She She Me to provide you with a satisfactory experience.
Return by mail
1. Request the an RMA Number via email at (customerservice@shesheme.com).
2. Place the item securely in the original package, if possible, keeping jewelry and other items separate.
3. Put the RMA Number on the outside of the shipping box or container.
4. Include a note with the reason for your return, and put it in the package.
5. We recommend you insure your package in case it gets lost since we cannot be responsible for delivery. Also, please keep a copy of the tracking number.
