5 Products You Didn't
Know You Needed
Every so often I have to remind myself that beauty isn't only about lip
gloss and
creme
blush .
Don't worry, I'm not sincere enough (at the moment) to get into one of
those 'beauty comes from within' rants. I simply mean that in order to
have all of your beauty bases covered you need more than just makeup.
My search for a well-rounded beauty arsenal took me to a lot of places
and I returned home laden with new products and rather light in the wallet.
Isn't our ability to spending money just amazing?
Turns out Victoria's Secret is not the only place to go for a boobie lift.
Now there are creams (with yummy scents to boot) that will do the work
of a push-up bra, as well as smooth and brighten. I wouldn't don a holiday
dress without applying some Bliss
Go Bust Super Smoothing and Boosting Formula.
In her typical 'old lady' fashion, she she me
requested, I look into eye
cream .
I had no idea that eye care was so important (and at every age). I believe
the search for a miracle cream could be a shopping trip in itself. After
a crash course on the world of 'over-night-lifts' and 'line filling' creams
I arrived home with Prescriptives
Super Line Preventor. An intensive under-eye treatment that promises
to 'reclaim my younger skin' and has some immediate effects.
Most of us hate to give up our tanned legs and hate hose (word itself
gives me a painful line around my waist) even more. While I swear by my
trusty Spanx,
there are some times when legwear of any kind just won't cut it. Enter
Air
Stocking .
You can have flawless legs in a matter of minutes without the streak of
bronzer and the fear of a run. (The lady at the counter assured me
it was waterproof and I wouldn't suffer from striped legs if caught in
a rainstorm.)
I finally traded in my decade-old eyelash curler for a professional
heated lash curler. It was like upgrading from a 4-cylinder to a V-6
(or so I'm told). This handy little device accompanies me everywhere now.
As peppermint lattés are on the horizon, I'm going to need to trim
my trips to the nail ladies. (Something's got to give or the budget will
break.) During this brief hiatus from my weekly appointment, SolarOil
will see to it that my cuticles stay moisturized and non-ratty. This nail
conditioner also helps preserve the life of your manicure, and with red
nails just around the corner we all know how important a maintained mani
is. (Everyone at she she me HQ keeps
a bottle by her computer for daily application.)
These products pretty much plump, smooth, brighten and maintain just about
everything we could complain about. Truth is, with enhanced décolletage,
tanned legs and perfectly curled eyelashes, we're really out of excuses
to not get glamorous.
